Our offices are located in Brooklyn and Bronx. Home care services allow seniors to remain safely in their own home while receiving assistance with personal care and other daily activities. Services may vary depending on your needs.

Examples of Home Health Care Services

• Monitor blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and rate of breathing.
• Assess and correct safety risks in homes to provide a safe environment and faciliate mobility
• Provides home health care aides with senior-specific training and resources to meet the needs of their diverse clientele in a highly professional manner.Training examples: fall prevention, emergency preparation, infection control, ADLs, and cultural sensitivity.
• Dietary and nutrition management, planning, counseling and education.

Fill out our short online form, and we will assist you with filing endless paperwork and communicating with multiple agencies. We do all we can to get you care you deserve as soon as possible.

2) Confirm Eligibility

First, we need to find out whether or not you are eligible for CDPAP and how many hours per week you’re entitled to.

3) Choose Assistant

Assign your Personal Assistant, create a training plan and a schedule that best suits your needs and lifestyle.
